News:
Hello everyone this is the club deticated to the wonderful Usopp of One Piece! Since this club is new I will need support to get this club up and running!

Who is this Usopp?:
Ussop (Likes to be called CAPTAIN Usopp, even though he is not) is a member of the Luffy Pirates, captained by Monkey D. Luffy and his fellow nakama.'Usopp is an amiable, smart guy with artistic and tinkering intelligence, but his top talent is his sniping ability. Using his slingshot and self-made special bullets, Usopp can hit just about any target. Usopp also has a bad habit of lying and telling stories about his grand exploits when in actuality they haven't happened , but he tells them in good nature, and they are quite entertaining.'*

Joining

Rules:
1) Send us a Note!
2) Subject- "Join"
3) You must link us from your Journal or Signature
5) When you become a member you must deviantwatch the club, so you will know when we are holding contests and club news
6) You must LOVE Usopp!

Contest:
Well since we need a Deviant ID our first contest will be to make one for the club. This contest has pretty much no limitations except it has to have the name of the club and Usopp of course! The dead line for this contest is july 15, so if you are planning to make and ID start working! And good luck! ^-^

Send a note with "Usopp-club ID Contest" as the subject with a link to your entrie and the is name.

Prizes:
If your pictue wins, the ID will be displayed on the main page and you will recieve and prize. (not sure what is yet )
